· Scor-Pal®

· 12"x 12" Cardstock

· 7"x 12”Designer Paper

· Zig Zag Scissors

·  Scor-Tape

· Ribbon

Step 1:

Glue the 7" x 12" patterned paper to the middle of the cardstock. If you place your cardstock on the Scor-pal and then line up the patterned paper vertically between 2 1/2" and 7" you will know exactly where to glue it. Score cardstock vertically at 2 1/2", 5", 7 1/2" and 10".  This will leave you with a 2" strip.

Step 2:

Turn cardstock ¼ turn and score vertically at 2 1/2" and 9 1/2"

Step 3:  Trim each end with decorative scissors (along the two ends you scored last).

Not to scale!

2 " end

9 1/2"

Step 4:

Apply Scor-Tape™ where indicated in the diagram, the thick black lines.

Step 5:

Fold cardstock into a square, placing the shorter 2” strip on the inside of the square.  Remove the covering from all 3 tapes and adhere to the folded edge of the 2” piece and the inner edge of the flap.

Step 6:

With the taped edge facing either up or down (it’s up in this photo), pinch together the side cardstock pieces (just on the ends, above the score mark) so they fold in and the top/bottom cardstock ends remain flat.

Step 8:

Tie the first end together with ribbon.

Step 9:

Fill the other open end of cracker with goodies or a gift, pinch ends and tie end closed. Place the recipient’s monogram on the outside and add a decorative tag, it desired.

Voilà a wonderful Christmas Crackers for your guests!
