Step 1: With 12" length across the top fence of the Scor-Pal, score at the inverted triangle, 4" and 9".

Step 2:  On the smaller pieces of cardstock place the 4 7/8" width across the top fence, score at 1". Repeat with other piece.

Step 3: Attach the side pieces as shown in photo between the 4" and 9" score lines.

Step 4: Adhere the 5" x 5" piece of patterned paper in place as shown in photo.

Step 5: Using the CD as your guide, make a mark at the center of the middle square as shown. Pierce a hole at this mark through both layers.

Step 6: Apply the CD label to the CD and stamp images on
the label.  It's important not to decorate the label with
anything but ink because the CD will be inserted into your
computer.  Do not use glitters, glue, or any embellishments
to your design
.

Step 7: Place CD on the center square and attach with
brad.

Step 8: Decorate the CD case by adding designer paper, embellishments and your pictures.  Do not add anything too bulky or the CD case will not close properly.
