Hi, my name is Mary Jo Price-Williams. I am so blessed to be a stay at home mom of one extremely adorable, handsome, daring, sweet, loving -- whoops, sorry I am supposed to be telling you about me. Can you tell I am a Mom. So here are some details about me, I am 43 years old, married and live in Orchard Park, NY. Yep that is the home of the Buffalo Bills and lots of snow! I have one wonderful son (8 years old) a great husband, two dogs, a cat and a snake! It's a full house.

I have been stamping for about 6 years. Before that I played around with just about every craft that there is, except for sewing. I do have a machine but only use it on paper crafts! I am fortunate enough to have a studio in my basement so I can stamp when ever I feel like it and that is quite a bit! I am very excited so excited to share this project with you.  The Score-Pal is a must have for these types or projects, makes them so much easier!  I love mine.

Supplies:

Scor-Pal®

Scor-Tape

Sheet of cardstock 8 1/2" x 11"

Coordinating patterned paper

Ribbon

Stickers or other embellishments

Step 1: Align the left edge of your cardstock to the 3/4" mark. Score at 3 1/2". Repeat on all four sides. Refer to photo.

Step 2: Align cardstock to left fence. Score at 1/2". Repeat on all four sides.

Step 3: Cut away the corner tabs that measure 1/2" wide and 2 3/4", area shown in yellow. It is done at all four corners

Step 4: If you want to cut the 1/2" edges with decorative scissors do it now. Fold on all scored lines remembering to fold so the indentation, the score line, is on the outside of the fold. Flatten all folds with the flat edge of the Scor-Tool.

For this sample I chose not to cut the edges and added a decorative scallop from a separate piece of paper.

Step 5: Measure and cut pieces of patterned paper to decorate the four sides. Glue in place .

Step 6: Use Scor-Tape to attach the sides and form into a box. Fold the 1/2" flaps down

Step 7: If you wish, decorate the loaf of fruit bread itself. Tie a ribbon around the box and it is all ready to present as a gift.
