Another great tutorial from Beate Johns...

Supplies

· Scor-Pal®

· One piece of cardstock 8 1/2" x 11"

Step one:

If you are using plain cardstock you may want to stamp the front side as in Beate’s sample. This stamping is not shown in tutorial photos.

Align your sheet of cardstock as illustrated. Using provided scoring tool, score at 6” and 9 1/2”.

Remember to score on the right side of paper.

6"

9 ½”

5 ½"

7 ½"

Step two:

Align your sheet of cardstock as illustrated. Using provided scoring tool, score at 5 1/2” and 7 1/2”.

Score on the right side of paper. Pre-fold all your scores. The indentation is on the inside of the fold ( valley).

Step three:

On the ‘outside of the box’  lightly make a pencil mark on the left and the right side of the cardstock 2" down from the top and 2 " up from the bottom. You are going to want to erase these marks after Step 5.

Step four:

Fold one of the long sides to the inside. Line up the first score intersection (x) with a line on the Scor-Pal. I used the 4" line.

Step five:

Unfold the cardstock. Make sure you keep the score intersection on the 4" groove and line up your 2" mark with the same groove. Score from the intersection to your mark, to create a diagonal score.

Repeat on all four sides.

Step six:

Fold your diagonal scores in.
